People in Relationships are Your True Assets! #Financial Freedom

Truly Your Wealth!

Look around the women in the above picture. Do you have a group of men or women like this that you consider your true wealth, that these relationships are your true wealth. People are the true assets no matter who you are or where you live. They can be family or they can be friends. You create value for them and they create value for you. In this time of COVID-19 this has never been truer.

You create value for each other in every relationship by being there for each other, by listening to each other, by understanding each other. Be a receiver as well as a giver. Do this with every person you value in your life and see how your relationship capital grows. But only remain in the relationships that work for both of you.

No Matter the Feelings…

Feelings come and feelings go, but there are times when ego gets in the way of Divine Guidance. Then is when feelings can run rampant , and it is time to slow down and breathe before spending too much time with feelings that may not be in our best interest. And sometimes, we go with those feelings anyway.

A lot of thought is being spent, with Divine Guidance most of the way, on rebranding all of the various mission-based activities I am involved in into Jan Litterst, LLC. And feelings are not being disregarded. In fact, feelings are the reasons most people make decisions to move forward with something that will make them feel better, whether that is “empowered”, “connected”, “wiser” or more “creative.” And those forward movements could be beneficial mentally, spiritually, emotionally, or physically. Mind, body, spirit at work.

Every entity that exists under the moniker of doing business as Jan Litterst exists to make folks feel better. EMPOWER Excellence empowers a person in their money relationship. That empowerment, in turn, many times also includes a desire to build a business or create more revenue in an existing business. Professional Women’s Connection lets one move forward making business connections to do just that. AGELESS WOMEN OF WISDOM brings together women of all ages in conversations to empower and connect their wisdom, and all women have a fount of wisdom within them, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically. My oldest, and yet newest, venture is SET THIS BUTTERFLY FREE Writing Room, which is in my heart right now, bouncing around in my head, and begging to be set free to share creative forces with other women!

So, how are you feeling today? About your money? About your business? About your connections to wisdom and sharing your wisdom? And when was the last time you felt a creative surge? Do not ignore those feelings. If you are not paying attention, those feelings are communicating within you, and they do need to have some attention paid to them. Find a way to vent, find someone to listen. I would love to listen as my total mission in life is to empower women in all ways!

Dreams Can Come True!

For the weekend, for next week, for next month, begin to dream. One of the reasons I created AGELESS WOMEN OF WISDOM is to allow women to enter into conversation with other women of all generations to share their dreams, their hopes, and their fears. Conversation is a liberating force, and women really know how to converse when they find the time to sit, listen and talk. And one woman’s dream can inspire another woman or two or three or four or more to share theirs as well. Just think your dream can become the dream for another woman of a totally different generation. That is SHARING the WISDOM!

Opportunity…AWE

2019 has been an interesting year, a year in which I have given, I have loved, I have trusted, and I have listened. Today I look for the miracles…Have you seen miracles lately? Have you listened for years to someone and in turn lost your voice when it came to that person or persons over the years? Have you loved for years only to question why the love never seemed to be returned? Have you trusted a friendship of years and taken the next step into a business relationship trusting the motivation of your “friend” only to be used and abused? If any of these things feel familiar, you may be going through a total transformation, and you will see miracles. I give you this wisdom as I have learned all of this in 2019 and am coming out the other side of these learning experiences. I silently listened for years to many I considered close enough to be family until I regained my voice and lost them all as a result. Is that a loss? I have regained my voice and my integrity, but… There was a miracle beginning… My love of many years for others is beginning to be returned in quiet, deep ways that really matter…another part of the beginning miracle. The misplaced trust in the friend ended the surface friendship when the betrayal and motivation became apparent. It also ended the business partnership and it began a new miracle that will spread to many many women! I am experiencing a transformation as I learn to nourish that which makes me feel confident, connected, and contented. The miracles I am beginning to feel are opening up opportunities I longed for over the years. More than that, I have let go of the energy suckers forever. They will never gain my love, my trust, or my time when I listen to them. They may gain my acceptance, that is much different. I accept that they bring to the table all of their life experiences, but they may never give what I give, love how I love, trust as I trust, or listen with their heart as I do. I am no longer naive, I am open. May you be open but not naive, may you give but not be used, may you trust but not be naive, and may you listen but never lose your voice. AWE, that felt good in letting go!

AWE The Moment of Lift…

The wind in the trees…the moment of lift. Really AWE inspiring. A friend made their transition yesterday. It was a moment of AWE when I learned of her passing. But it was also a moment of lift. She will always be with those close to her even if it is just the wind in the trees and the rustling of leaves. Nature talks to us always, but it is up to us to listen. Melinda Gates’ new book THE MOMENT OF LIFT was an inspiration to me. She refers to the moment of lift as also a moment of grace. A moment of wonder. A moment of AWE. And AWE always shows up with curiosity. We, as women, are always looking for the awe in the moment. It seems that when you lift up a woman, you really are listing up all of humanity.

When Water is No Longer… Free

When water is no longer free, what will you do?

Today, March 22, is World Water Day as proclaimed by the UN as a day of observance that highlights the importance of fresh water. It is a day not to memorialize water but to advocate for the sustainable management of fresh water resources. This is a worldwide day of advocating for fresh water. It is a day to acknowledge the need for water for all and leaving no one behind. Water is a human right! The UN hopes to provide clean water for all by 2030. If you live where fresh water is available, know how blessed you are since there are billions still living without clean water. Women, children, refugees, indigenous peoples, disabled people, and more are often overlooked in this area. And this includes water not only for drinking but also for personal sanitation, clothes washing, food preparation and personal and household hygiene. But this is all book knowledge.

Love would have you do what in regards for water? Are you listening, and will you act? Small amounts of love and listening grow, and, hopefully, resources such as time, money, and talent will have you working to make fresh water sustainable.

In my heart, I dedicate this day to TINA GOSHA, an angel for water…

A Legacy is a Story…

Whenever people share their life, it is a story that reflects “their” beliefs. That is why a Legacy is your story! The words in all stories come from truth or fantasy, and I can feel it through my chakras which are really the truth, and which are fantasy also through my chakras. I do not believe anyone’s story until I breathe and take the time to listen to my energy centers.

Source is Sustainable…

Soul Plan

Ending the month of June and beginning the month of July marks the end of the first half of this year 2018.  Everything does not always go as planned, one day can be great, and the next day can be less than great.

As you begin this week, with a holiday smack dab in the middle, you may feel discombobulated by the craziness of the days with people on vacation and many feel that moving forward we are on the downside of the summer.

It is hard to plan your life on a week such as this, but maybe it is time to stop the planning and begin to trust your life for it will unfold with or without a plan.  It is also the end of a month and the beginning of a month financially.  This alone can drive folks a little crazy trying to get a handle on their money.

No matter how the week and the month unfolds for your life and your money, keep this in mind.  No matter what, Source (aka Inner Being, Soul, God,  and more) is Sustainable.  Maybe, it is time to slow down on action and begin to “listen” to your Source.  This is also the seat of your intuition, which is the culmination of everything you know and have experienced in your life.  “Listening” to Source and Intuition, some may call it “gut feelings” rightfully so, can open your mind, your heart, and life to new things.  But it also brings you back to a concept I developed as my “core values” several years ago.

CORE VALUES ______November 2013 jpg

Our primal instinct directs us to become “personally sustainable”.  Maslow addressed this with his hierarchy of needs many years ago.  If we can “listen” to Source to follow what we need to do with life and with money to become “personally sustainable”, our next logical step is to create a sustainable environment for our family unit, no matter how it is structured.  From there, the simple approach is to have a family unit which can influence the creation of a “sustainable community”, no matter how small or large, no matter if it is a geographical, religious, educational, or similar community.  From there, it is an understandable leap to create “environmental sustainability” for it is inherent within each of us to care for our “home” large or small.  And the Earth is our home.  This is basic.  For each of us it can become simplistic or complicated, but, no matter Source is Sustainable.

This week, take a little time each day to listen to Source in terms of your life and all that goes with it including money.  Trust Source and trust your soul for there has been a plan specifically for you all along, now is the time to “listen” to what that plan is.
