How To Make a Shift…One Step and One Person at a Time.

If you are reading this blog, you are alive and awake.  That is everything you need to make a change, whether small and personal or big and Universal!

I can hear it now:  it takes much more than that; and I will respond, not really.  

Tory Johnson’s book SHIFT FOR GOOD simplified the process immensely.  Out of her work, I would like to mention several steps that can help you shift for good.  Start by asking these questions:

  1. How fed up are you, really?
  2. What are you willing to give up?
  3. What is your plan?
  4. What is your daily accountability?
  5. How will you develop patience and celebrate your victories?


If you want to make lasting changes, you must want it.  You may have to give something up.  Take the time to make a plan, and then be accountable n some way for the plan.

That is all it takes to create magic in your life.  There is a risk simply by starting.  You may not like the changes you realize.  You may feel alone in the beginning, but there is support and a feeling of grace as you begin and then take the next small steps…You are the butterfly as you exist your cocoon …you will fly or….
