much of my work is done with entrepreneurs who are really loving what they do, but they do not love it so much when their clients or customers do not pay them, make excuses why they cannot pay them, or pay them with bogus funds!
hate to say it, even though I can relate to every entrepreneur who hates becoming a bill collector, but money is a part of your business. when your customers or clients do not pay you with respect, they do not respect you or what you do for them. forget all of the excuses, you deserve to be respected for what you do, you deserve to be respected with appropriate and adequate compensation. and, who has to take ownership and responsibility for that?
so, for today, I WANT TO SEE YOU BE BRAVE, and make a list of clients or customers who do not respect you or what you do, and then start paying attention to what happens when you work with them:
