AS BUSINESS OWNERS, EXECUTIVES, INVESTORS, PHILANTHROPISTS, CONSUMERS, CAREGIVERS, AND ROLE MODELS, WOMEN CREATE AND CONTROL MORE AND MORE WEALTH!
Men and women may have similar goals for their wealth, but do they prioritize and reach them in different ways? I think so. Let’s talk about that.
The experiences, cultures, family lives, and perspectives of women affect everything “money” in their lives: their financial security, their incomes, their planning, and their eventual wealth. Overall, women have a strong sense of responsibility and tend to be more cautious in their financial actions. While they are confident in what they know, many times they feel inferior in making decisions that are major in their financial lives.
Women have concern for the wellbeing of their total family, and then they are concerned for their community, and, finally, they are concerned about the total Earth! It is who we are…
Yes, it is only money, honey, but that money has an impact on everything we do. So, it is time as women to take money seriously. It is time to be confident in what we believe. And we believe that family, community, and the total Earth are important. Each of us has our own set of values that reflect these beliefs, and we are beginning to really take actions that reflect those values, whether those actions are time-based, energy-based, or “money”-based.
BUT, and this is an important “BUT”. LET’S STOP TAKING THESE ACTIONS AT THE EXPENSE OF OUR CAREERS, OUR EARNINGS POTENTIAL, AND OUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL SECURITY.
We can do it all when it comes to “money”, honey!
P.S. “Honey” here is a term of endearment from one woman to another, and it symbolizes sweetening our lives intentionally with money! Jan
